Prompts and votes

When you play a duel, we store the prompt you send and the two answers, so we can show the battle, run the rating system and improve the arena. Do not enter personal, private or sensitive information into prompts. Prompts may be publicly visible in features like recent battles.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, rough traffic source, device type and an anonymous session id stored in your browser. This helps us understand how the site is used. We do not require an account to use BenchDuel.

Cookies and local storage

We use local storage to keep an anonymous session id and to remember which battle you have voted on. Advertising or analytics partners may set their own cookies.

Third parties

Model answers are generated through OpenRouter, which routes requests to model providers. Your prompt text is sent to those providers to produce an answer. We may show ads from third party networks that use cookies.
